To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but also believe.

Dear March, pls be good for me…

March 12, 2010

And now the month of March has arrived, and it was raining as I write this post.

The first week of March has been one of busiest I had, aside from December of course, where some choral events and pre-christmas office activities coincide with each other.

but this March, it’s the other way around.

I’ve been bombarded with tons of work (both in my full time and part time job, and yes this also includes my work assignment in the ompany newsletter), along with the regular rehearsals in the choir, where I regularly informed my section mates about the scheduled rehearsals and some other activities. Added to that is my nightly training for the upcoming Globe run in the gym after I arrived home from work…

All of this plus my increasing ammount of my daily expenses equals total epic fail.

I think I need to reorganize myself in order to do this… I kept praying that I can be a superbod in my own right by accomplishing everything in the right time, and at the same time to do something new and exciting while doing my same old routine. Being engaged in the running spree and in the company newsletter are the things that are new in my system, and I really do think it’s worth a try.

And as of now being in the gym for some running for minutes in the threadmill not only strengtens my legs for the upcoming marathon (?!) and at the same time it help me to shed some pounds (since I am now officially overweight, according to the recent annual physical exam).

As for the upcoming task for the company newsletter, I’m thankful that I had an assistant that is reliable and really cool. Methinks we can make a great team (even though we came from different departments) and we had some ideas in store for the newsletter. can’t wait for that!

I just with that this month is a blessing for me. Pls March, pls be good to me.

~<3, Cristal
